WHERE: Church of the Crossroads, 1212 University Ave., Honolulu, HI 96826
TIME: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Dinner at 5:30 PM
TICKETS: $25.00 at the door.
Advanced ticket sales on Eventbrite, $20.00 plus fees.

Ticket includes dinner (tasting of all chilies, rice, cornbread, salad, dessert; drinks include water,
juice, etc.) and one door prize ticket.
There will be Entertainment, Door Prizes, and bidding for Silent Auction items.
• Opportunity to purchase additional door prize tickets on the day of the event.
FREE PARKING from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the side (Makai) lot of church; enter from Kaialiu Street.
• DO NOT ENTER from University Avenue, the Varsity Building parking lot; this is a PAY parking lot
is not part of the Church of the Crossroads.
FOR CHILI CONTESTANTS:
1. Deadline to enter: July 23, 2023.
a. One free ticket per chili contestant.
b. Cash Prizes: 1st Place = $100, 2nd Place = $75, and 3rd Place = $50.
i. Judging will solely be based on the taste of your homemade chili.
2. Email your information to John Tolentino at lki808honolulu@gmail.com:
a. Your first and last name
b. Contact phone number
c. Chili Name
3. No cooking or preparation on site; warming only.
4. Prepare two (2) gallons of chili.
5. Bring your own serving utensils & condiments.
a. A pot of rice and/or cornbread is appreciated but not required.
6. Chili must be on site (Weaver Hall) at 4:00 PM.
a. Report to Jeff or John Tolentino.
b. Judging will start at 4:30 PM.
